VI. I interviewed two individuals to see what their response would be to my (our) plan. Their responses are as follows.
Dad: My dad agreed with the idea that there certainly is an overpopulation in the US. Illegal immigration is definitely an overpopulation. He agreed that it should be legal to question suspected illegal immigrants. After questioning them and finding out that they're illegal, then he thought multiple things could happen from jail to deportation.
Mom: My mom also thought that the overpopulation in the US needs to be fixed and that being allowed to question suspected illegal immigrants is a good idea and possible resolution. She believes that if the illegal immigrants want to go through the steps and process of making themselves legal, then that is fine.
VII. My (our) answer, based on our research, to their objections and concerns are
My parents didn't have any objections to our plan and thought that it was an overall good idea to end illegal immigration. Although they didn't believe there was a solution to completely end illegal immigration, this would be a good start. They felt that this is a safe and productive way to determine who and where illegal immigrants are.
